Breakfast Enchilada – sausage, egg and cheddar-jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla. Topped with house made enchilada sauce, spring onions and even more cheese. The enchilada is rounded out with a scoop of refried beans served with a side of salsa and sour cream. Available Monday – Friday only.
